This policy explains what information I collect through this website and my practice as a certified Yuen Method practitioner ("Beyond Healing"), and how I use, protect and share it.

I'm Cristian Duque, a certified Yuen Method practitioner, based in Springbrook and Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. You can contact me at cristianduqueaustralia@gmail.com with any questions about this policy or your data.

2. What information I collect

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number, when you provide them by writing to me or booking a session.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Health information: whatever you voluntarily share during a session about your physical, mental or emotional state. This is sensitive information and I treat it with strict confidentiality.
• Basic technical data: such as your browser or device, collected automatically through analytics or advertising tools, if active (see Cookies section).

3. How I use your information

• To schedule, confirm and deliver your sessions.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To respond to your messages and questions.
• To measure and improve this site and, where applicable, my advertising campaigns.

4. Who I share your information with

I don't sell your information to anyone. I only share it with the services I use to run my practice:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Calendar / Meet) — scheduling and video calls.
• YouTube — hosting for the testimonial videos shown on the site.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads — if I have tracking pixels active, to measure ad performance (see Cookies section).

5. Cookies and tracking pixels

This site may use cookies and tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Tag) to understand how the site is used and measure the performance of my advertising campaigns. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings at any time.

6. Sensitive health information

Any information about your physical, mental or emotional health that you share during a session is treated as strictly confidential. I use it only to provide the service and never share it with third parties, except where required by law.

7. Minors and pets

If you book a session for a minor or a pet, I understand that you're acting as their parent, guardian, or owner, and providing consent on their behalf.

8. How long I keep your information

I keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet reasonable legal or accounting obligations.

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to cristianduqueaustralia@gmail.com.
